Here's something that will be soon.
There will soon be a PR covering the Q-1 results. That is likely to be the first of May, more or less. There will be a CC to go with that PR. That would provide Ray an opportunity to expand on a few things...??
My msg 66748 about slide 12 of Ray's recent presentation explains what could be early in May or before.
I think the Data Room will open. I think some early 3-D will be available along with Sabu logs and test results.
Hyper will have a "Statement of Work", and summary results of their own program studies, to guide the Bidding & Proposal process. The SW will contain a "Program Schedule" establishing the desired timeline.
I expect the Data Room will be by appointment only, and I expect none of the bidders will know who they are competing against.
I don't know how active M.L. will be in this information handling process, but you can be sure they will be looking out for Hyper's best interest. As the bids come in M.L. will be screening them and doing some negotiating within guide lines provided by Ray & Co.
BofA/ML has a reputation to uphold going both ways, so they will be doing the best possible job for all concerned. When it's all over no one will have any complaints they didn't bring on themselves. When the JV is decided there will be one Victory Party, and several critiques.
I am hoping that now we are in this stage Ray can keep us better informed.
