One additional point...  As much as I'm happy to have a heavy hitter like BofA/Merril Lynch representing HDY, there isn't a sliver of doubt in my mind that confidential developments will be leaked to hedge funds and shorts.  I don't trust them any more than I believe Goldman Sachs cares about their investors.  These guys always take care of their friends.

 

So, aggressive covering will be a sign of something in the works in my opinion.
