That new land parcel to the south of the main reef edge has very very few wells drilled on it - anyone want to hazard a guess as to why its still undeveloped after 50-60 years of intense exploration efforts using every seismic and geological trick in the book to seek the elusive reefal porosity buildups?
Couldn't you say the same thing about the Cardium periphery or the Bakken? They went essentially undrilled or underdrilled for 50 years until completion techniques made them viable. Isn't that the point with all these new horizontal frac'ing plays? Your point about it not being a regional play is well taken - yet I am curious why SCS is drilling 2 townships south of Arcan? Moreoever, ARN is a pretty small company. I think the Ross Smith report did a goog job outlining the upside.
