Brien Lundin, in the April, 2012, edition of the Gold Newsletter, says hold Rye Patch Gold Corp., recently 64 cents. Mr. Lundin said buy four times between October, 2009, and October, 2011, at prices ranging from 20 cents to 40 cents. Assuming an investment of $1,000 for each buy, the $4,000 position is now worth a pleasing $8,592. Rye Patch has filed a petition for a restraining order against Coeur d'Alene Mines Corp., to keep it from exploring and mining at the LH gold/silver claims in Nevada. Rye Patch acquired the LH claims in December, 2011, after Coeur failed to pay maintenance fees for them. The claims used to be part of Coeur's Rochester mine project. Now, Coeur wants the LH claims back. A trial is scheduled for November, 2012. Mr. Lundin says investors have ample time to bet on the outcome of the LH property dispute. Personally he believes there is an excellent chance Rye Patch will win ownership of the claims. The market appears to agree, as Rye Patch has risen from 38.5 cents since it announced the acquisition in December. The newsletter editor says if you do not yet own shares in Rye Patch, buy now and take advantage of the huge potential upside. Otherwise, Mr. Lundin says hold the stock.
