Re: SEC sets aside $450M for whistleblowers

 I must admit that I don't have confidence in this program for whistleblowers.  Will be interesting to watch to see if anything is paid out. After all, people were reporting violations for free, and nothing was being done about it. So now they want to pay for people to report violations? Doesn't make sense to me. And, if payouts are made, will be interesting to see who they are made to.
