52 week low is $21.18, now trading under $22.55 premarket.  I'll likely add a few shares this a.m. as the annually paying stock is trading ex. dividend.  Probably has low interest by the yield hogs so early in the dividend cycle, plus the yield was dramatically cut with the recent distribution.  Finally, earnings were pretty nasty YOY profit drop.  Still positive earnings were a turnaround from the prior quarter's loss.
