No, I wouldn't. I don't see any catalyst that would make it a good shorting opportunity. All of this information is already well known and Garmin does have other businesses that aren't as badly impacted by the smart-phone revolution. They have e.g. bicycle-mount and other dedicated GPS devices, for example (I even own one and prefer it over my smart phone when bicycling). I don't know if they are worth their 17.25 P/E but they aren't an obvious short either.
