* they employed a very unique stratefy at mid-field. They squeezed the
middle of the field and drew the German in due to the large numbers of
bodies and the fact that their ball control was outstanding and then
they attacked on the wings with supporting players as there was a 20
yard gap (app) on both flanks.
* the Germans got outmaneuvered....who'd have thunk it! (Not Merkel that is for sure.......)
I'll tell you who'd of thunk it.........;-) OJ c'mon you gotta ask go blue a more difficult question than that boss.......
Courtesy of the DXE bb a few days back. The source of the post is of course anonymous but rumors in
Saskaboom are that the said poster is believed to be a drunken Canadian born Italian "blue blood" that
is native to the Republic of Albertastan...........
What is wrong with the English anyway ? I mean really ? Trying
"not to score" at O'Malley's is a punishable offense .....succeeded at it
results in permanent banishment..............;-) Shootouts and shooting blanks ?
C'mon really..Coach go blue always told us to "work it out wide and play the field"
Playing the balls deep and stuffing the 18 yard box is the key. Soon you'll find yourself
in a scoring position for that perfect header......... It's called scoring O'Malley's style...........
the second goal was a result of playing Montolivo and Pirlo. Remember the protege is learning from the master.....Coach Low was clearly out smarted and yes dutchfella Germany was strong for the first few minutes but faded after that........
