Handling passive losses of ETE's trio after selling - PLEASE HELP

I sold "all" of my ETE MLP units in June 2011.  I received two 2011 distributions prior to selling.  Two months later, I bought a larger number of ETE units and received the two latter 2011 distributions.

All along, I accounted and filed three separate K-1s: ETE (via ETE); ETP (via ETE); RGP (via ETE).

Since I sold mid year, can I release all passive activity losses (PALs) accrued through CY 2010 ?

There is only one Sale Schedule for ETE.

Do I sum the respecive PALs of :  ETE (via ETE),  ETP (via ETE) and RGP (via ETE) , line by line (from 2010 Return forms/worksheets kept by TTax), and  transfer over to 2011 ETE for "2011 release"  ?

Or do I include two additional sales for ETP (via ETE) and RGP (via ETE) without cost basis and sale price?

Last question:

I also sold all units of another MLP after receiving all four distributions (late Nov) and  bought a higher number of units (but at a lower unit price) in late Dec 2011.  Can I release all of its passive losses through CY 2011 ?

I appreciate your help.  TIA
