I Emailed investors relations at Data group few minutes ago and following positive response I get;

Response from our CFO is as follows:

There is no information from the company which is affecting the movement in the share price. We will not comment on the TD analyst report.

The company is continuing to execute on its strategic plan as has been documented in our public disclosure documents.
