A previous post.....which I still feel is the real reason for perceived quietness:

Maybe.....just maybe....the quietness here reflects dilution resulting from the birth of other boards such as "REITS (Canadian)"; and "AAA High Yield". These boards, while well-intentioned, are causing posters to divvy up their posts according to how they interpret the subject of their post.

If a poster here belongs to either (or both) of the others, it will obviously reduce the number of posts here unless said poster is a "Copy and Paste" poster.
