I was in BXE for awhile , short time ago as a trade after I took profits on the SCS announcement. Made a little money, like the stock/company but geez the NG sentiment is so bad that I decided to exit. Just no telling when that will turn, as I have said before somebody else can pick the bottom on NG. I prefer to let NG base and tell me the game has changed. Just my style in the markets.
Deethree I don't know that well so would just be a WAG to comment.
I am betting at the moment that the Brookfield guys are smart enough to get full value for SCS , today , next week, next month, sometime. Now it pulled back it was worth a shot, meantime the fundamentals keep improving. At that point it gets sold (if) folks will look at Arcan and want to be there if the price is good, it should give the market a valuation reference. That's the bet I am making now since re-buying SCS lately.
In the end who the hell knows JW, this is a really sucky market, we could sit in the mud for awhile or China changes the tune, Iran pops up, the reversed pipelines suddenly wake up the sector. Don't know how many times I have sat in a commodity stock over the last 10 yrs and watched nothing happen for months and then one day it just changes. No predicting that. But like the lottery ticket you gotta be there. Last time I re-bought my position in SCS on a Thursday and following Monday they announced... better lucky than good :)
