New low...maybe I'm wrong butmaybe Coastal is planning an acquisition oil company and raise money? This could change the current model, But maybe Randley is thinking in BIG. Well this is one of my first thoughts about why is not trading above $20 or so...
I really don't know, its just a suspicious.
