Not sure why the vitriol - IAE is one of the very few NS success stories even though they got walloped by the banksters who pulled financing from under them.  Unlike better financed or producing companies (like Oilexco, Bowvalley, Antrim, Sterling, Serica etc etc), they prospered - all the others are either gone or a shadow of their former selves.  Only top notch management could have made such a difference.  Blaming them for not accepting lowball buyout offer(s) is beyond absurd - but that's why IAE is below $2 again - lots of absurd investors around these days - can make easy money feasting off their stupidity.
