6.5 days was a bit on the high side - average was around 4-5 days downtime per month in 2011, lower than the 5 days/month (60 days/year) guidance. Not all downtime is due to theft - much of the late 2011/early 2012 down time was due to full storage at the export terminal - an unusual event caused by a few tankers arriving late.
