Re: Mart valuation - pipeline? to quote Crucible Could indeed need bigger pipeline, but I'm not sufficient downsteam capacity is available. Lots of activity about to start on the blocks Shell used to own and they (naturally) got precedence. That's why MMT negotiations taking so long - the Shell sales processes had to conclude before they could determine spare capacity. So... delay means uncertainty. What happens if that downstream capacity is not freed up?
