East Coast Basin Status-Got an E-mail from Garth Johnson- I wrote requesting an Update on the East Coast Basin- Hi XXXXX, Thanks for the e-mail and as a long-term oil and gas investor I'm sure you know the patience it takes to succeed in this business. The prospectivity is there and doesn't go away. Apache recently presented that they feel there is over 1 billion barrels recoverable within our two permits and that isn't going anywhere and we are doing what we need to do to ensure long-term access to drill numerous wells, not just a few wells. I understand you and some others may want us to get at it now or else you may sell but that's what the market provides you the ability to do and we have significant support from the vast majority of our shareholders to invest the time/energy needed now to ensure long-term access over many years and many wells. The East Coast Basin is not used to the oil industry and its benefits so we are ensuring that we engage with the local communities to ensure there is comfort and understanding with our industry and we have received significant support to date. I have also seen a lot of good media from communities, business leaders and district councils as well and these are often over-looked when people raise the issue with me as it's always easier to focus on the negative headlines as that is more sensational and doesn't require a lot of diligence. Regards, Garth
