I am not disputing that Comex has a good point. For regular workers, diversification is good. But when you run the company, you should have something invested in it - some of your own money. It gives you incentive to perform in order not to lose what you invested. I'm not saying all of it, but something. Every shareholder of TAG has more invested in the company than the person running it - if you didn't know better, would you consider that a good sign?
Another example are Entrepreneurs who invest a tonne of their own money in their companies.
