Re: Downgraded by S&PNever be "stunned". It's unbecoming. Turd's point was very valid. The rating guys are trying to recover their validity from the great real estate frauds. Maybe they're trying to be "truthy". They might be cut off at the pass by govt. forces in the future. We haven't yet seen the effect on T-paper yet. Monday! Buen fin de semana. g-9
