Council on Friday (every Friday @ the Castle), the government presented a bill to Parliament on Valemon.- Development and operation of this field will provide substantial revenues to the Norwegian society. There is also a major development project of almost 20 billion that will lead to activity and employment, "Oil and Energy Ola Borten Moe (Q).Participants in the field, which was found in 1985, Statoil, Enterprise Oil Norway AS, Petoro AS and Total E & P Norway AS. Q-minister says it's very encouraging that the efforts to achieve profitability in Valemonfeltet now paying off.The field contains condensate, which will be sent to Mongstad through Kvitebjørn and gas, which is planned to Heimdal sent for export to the UK and continental Europe
Comment:
Mongstad is very large refinery on the west coast Norway. So part of the condesate will be Liquified and Shipped for export, on LNG ships.
