Re: NEXT LegacyIf it's real it will end the oil and gas business as we know it. Permanent glut.
But it doesn't sound real to me. Secret $multi-billion contract with a major for a non patented substance? Maybe if the substance is millions of tunneling nano-robots. Now that would make a nice frac.
