Pending the outcome of an investigation into certain malicious activities (including but not limited to harrassment, libel & defamation) engaged in by one or more former and/or current members of the BuyB4theRush.com community--which investigation may result in civil and/or criminal sacntions against the parties allegedly involved--we have no choice but to shut down the following boards: EAG, SCMI.PK & USUR.OB. Because of the highly sensitive nature of this investigation, we cannot comment on the identity of any party or parties potentially involved and we will not respond to any inquiries in this regard. We can say with confidence that most of the accounts we have recently terminated have nothing to do with this investigation and we strongly discourage anyone without firsthand knowledge of such activities to draw any conclusions or make any assumptions as to the potential identity of those parties under investigation.

We apologize for the disruption in service and any inconvenience this may cause. However, because we believe that the vast majority of users of our service act with integrity, we will allow you to continue to discuss these stocks on the following new boards: EAG 2, SCMI.PK 2, USURE.OB

Finally, because it has come to our attention that a number of current members are granting site access to third party non-members, we will continue to vigorously enforce our policy against any unauthorized loaning of passwords and log in information.
