RW, your imagination is pretty limited if you think my subject (see above) was constructed to create the worst impression possible.  As an example, I could have said ........

 

"Instead of displaying confidence by buying, RTK's CEO is now SELLING his Rentech stock!!!!"

 

or ......

 

"Just DAYS after announcing a $25 million share buyback plan, RTK's CEO starts selling HIS RTK stock!  Whazzup with that????"

LOL!   You surly.  Me, Dooper55. And nowhere did I say or imply anything about Hunt stealing from us.  All I did was report facts, plain and simple.  FWIW, I am NOT favorably impressed by his stock sale.  It also strikes me as odd that the prearranged sales (set up on 12/23/11) took place on the business days immediately preceding and following the March 16th CC.  Probably just a coincidence. 

 

I don't recall seeing a 10b5-1 plan with sales coming two business days apart.  Seems a little odd but who knows what he was thinking in December.
