the preferred stock provision gives the LARGE shareholder "protection" ? and a future dividend? keep in mind its not only the large inst. investor but our very own Rentech higher up executives with large amounts of shares I would like RTK to be sold now to "maximize shareholder value"...let the party who buys us worry about the future loss carryforward...and its utilization under their ownership I was just wondering what happened to the auto paint biz Hunt was CEO of...are some of the locations still operating..of course under another name have a nice day!!!
