RNF has a P/E of around 10 and earnings are certain to be distributed to shareholders each quarter. RTK has a P/E of around 40 and these paltry, measly earnings are not certain for shareholders.
Liquidation value of RTK is not as easy a value to obtain as one might think. RTK may owe significant taxes upon liquidating RNF.... and one has to assign a probability to RTK or RNF being liquidated... which may be a very low probability.
