As just about everyone here knowsI have been Long and have kept acquiring shares since JNJ days down to and less than $1. Put it this way I am going to be very blessed when they sell this company for a fair price. Nevertheless I do not want to see it given away and that is why I think we all need to keep cool and wait to see how well Bydureon does.
The weekends don't matter to me what I do with my shares, why in the world would they? Do they to you?
Your reasoning as to why people buy, and conversely sell, shares assumes "Wall Street" knows something all the time that we do not. Knowing a couple of fund managers and analysts I can tell you they do not, they just narrow the risk, no such thing as certainty. We have many traders holding AMLN right now IMHO and therein lies the danger.
R U saying that Icahn who after all is just another shareholder got inside information? Don't think so what with more than a few doing the perp walk for such things.
Some of the other stuff you posted is circular reasoning and I will leave it at that.
