This company can't even pi$$ into the urinal without getting it on their pant leg. What they need to do is:

1) KEEP any /all depositis from bidders

2) Try to get the 3rd and likely pissed off bidder ($8mil) to reengage and maybe have them come down a couple hundred thou to 7.8 mil as a good faith gesture. Their happy and we're happy cause we got more $$$
