Plop...Plop...Fizz...Fizz...
Oh What A RELIEF Today Is!
('n yesterday 'twernt so bad, either)
Heck!
Another 1,000 DOW points or so, 'n we could be close to break-even for the past couple of years.
Looking at Dis' "COP 73" and who knows? Maybe we can get back to our old high of 5 or 6 years ago at $95 or so...Stranger things have happened, and when you add-in dividends, break-even's now about 85...I think JJ and the BOD's "Break-even" must be about $1.45 or so and, with the exercise-and-dump programs, it's probably a lot less than that. Don't 'cha just loooove them Buyback Programs? That Break-even point for COP "Treasury" shares has to be around $85 or so. Really a GREAT return these past 8 years for us "other" COP shareholders, don't 'cha think? Well, we're in Good Company! When you add-in dividends, Warren's gotta be about "even" on his remaining COP position if you don't add-in any losses he might have taken on the stuff he dumped early-on.
Jeepers! Sure like this Tuesday "carryover" of Monday's First Day After 3rd Friday "Bounce".
Happy Upcoming Summer Solstice!
