Apparently ABT does not have SPA approved by FDA YETOtherwise, we should have confirmed SPA by now(ABT sent their SPA response back to FDA two months ago). It is really troublesome to see how ABT is handling FDA, and it is certainly no longer trival as KG claimed earlier. No wonder institutions investors again feel being cheated by KG and this company management teams.
