Larry Hagman, please tell the board what today's "retail sales" numbers, more specifically "merchandise sales" beyond gasoline in addition to gasoline convenience store sales, have to do with the stats showing the shift from "brick and mortar" retail sales to "online purchases"?
Finally, assess the probability that an online sales tax will be legislated and implemented by Congress and the Senate nationally, and what time frame inclusive of legal appeals, will cause the "sales tax" to come into "effect"?
