We can't forget that when Hynix is forced to pay, not only will Judge Whyte get back in gear for significant back payments for Micron on DDR2+ BUT Judge ILLston will get back in gear with NVIDIA for back damages in her San Francisco federal court venue as well as patents that expire in 2015 (+).
