Bigonthebus is similar to Infringoen hatred of Rambus.

I can understand. I'm also but instead of bashing Rambus, we need to fuound constructive ways to help the company.

I don't now if Rambus is a company that has an open mind and would even listen t outside advice.

This is what Rambus need to learn from all these tragic events.

1. They must realize this important fact- their image has been damaged by the cartel planted rumors in the industry.

2.They must defend their spoliation charges by speaking up in public media and even in court to tell all these judges that it is impossible to tell each of your employees to destroy evidence. It is easy for someone to go to each engineer's office to destroy evidence. In Rambus case, Rambus management asked workers to look for thins to throw away that was not related to patents or important matter. It is different from spoliation. Spoliation is when you have someone going into each office and each computer and look over every email and see which should be deleted or what document should be destroyed. Now, this is consider spoliation.

Tell the judge or judges, it is impossible for so many people willingly to commit a crime for you. I can't even tell my daughter to clean her hands before eating. People just don't listen to people. People don't even call the police when they hear people yelling for help on the streets- yes, A man in SF died after no attention from people nearby and just ignore the voice of desperation.

So,you see how could Rambus able to ask hundred of their employees to commit a crime of spoliation. It just doesn't make sense. The spoliation charges from Judge Robinson is based on the shred party they had after they had a retention policy. Judge Robinson has a connection with Micron and their law firms or their clerks are connected somehow.

This spoliation charge is without merit. I have no idea why 3 out of 5 would side with Micron. Is it just to protect the last American dram maker?

If yes then I have something bad for everybody because Samsung will one day kill Micron as a business entity. This vision is reality not fantasy.

Unless Micron comes out with something really incredible invention of some kind but that would be unlikely since they only have patents related to process technology making.

I honestly don't thin they have any chance against Samsung.

Conclusion is Big companies do have clout in connections to our government and Judges. Same in China, those leaders with connection and support from the army will hold power. Those without in trouble and can't say much about anything. They just go with the flow.

One thing is for sure, Micron will also have to suffer by keep on fighting with rambus and pay their high priced lawyers while Samsung keep taking markets from them. How long will our government keep on protecting Micron is my question?

You can see obviously our government in many agencies were trying to protect Micron. If you can't see this, you are similar to the blind 9 Jurors who can't tell if Linda turner or Tabrizi was telling the truth or lying sack of shit. They know who telling the truth but they just don't care. Why?

They hated Rambus because of the negative campaign of the cartel for the last 12 years has succeeded in giving rambus a bad name.

This is why rambus must rebuild their image. How? Charity work or maybe help with my Humanity's project to build a company for humanity. The nonprofit Humanity's fund foundation might help change the image of Rambus.

I think I will send Rambus another letter to see if they might thin about my project again. Maybe they will let me present to them. This time, I will present them with all 3 of my most important concepts. Hope they will take a closer look because the ability to take down Ebay and Zynga could be very rewarding. Ebay is worth $50 billion and Zynga is worth $10 billion. I have 6 games to kill Zynga.

All I need is some support and maybe has one software engineer from rambus helping oversee my project so this way they know I'm not cheating them.

Rambus will have a lot to gain from this project for humanity.
