Recommend you vote "No" for proxy, Rambus Annual Meeting....Once again: I recommend that those of us who are disgruntled, vote "No" for every question.
While we have no chance of changing the outcome which is controlled by Big Money (da 'tutes), we can make a symbolic and EMBARASSING vote. Big Money does not like negative publicity, nor does the company.
Secondly, a "No" vote however symbolic would tell the new CEO that he/she could be subject to an uprising of even more shareholders, read institutional money, disgust with Rambus management.
Vote 'No.'
