Mu has JROB- we get it, she is going to f'k RMBS any way she can, but HYnix is another story, I think JW will find spoliation, even possibly bad faith, but I also believe he will find no prejudice and will reaffirm his prior damages ruling.
I also believe whatever terms were given to the controller players those terms will be acceptable for current non-litigant infringers today, with a likely settlement with Hynix if JW rules in RMBS favor and avoiding the courts through favorable controller license, I think this will be the catalyst.
