Re: Hard to believe..... I was expecting RMBS to do that, but I don't think that is the case? why wouldn't RMBS issue a PR?
Because you only need to file an 8k for a "material" event
I suspect these deals were... trifling and generated close to nothing money wise - thus they are probably not considered material because they don't contribute to earnings
or at least that's what all the public signals are telling us
