Re: this may seem disingenous buttoasty, the issue is whether the AT case is toast or whether there is a good chance the AT verdict will be overturned and rmbs will get a substantial AT verdict in a new trial. sabatino post is interesting. why would there be no jurisdiction for an appeal?
