<I'm certainly not distracted by talking about Zinn, and still don't like Rogers heading TIVO since he just seems ill-equipped to run a technology company. While he's doing a decent job by the standards of a media company or a utility, he's doing a terrible job by the standards of technology companies where you take risks aiming for 100%+ growth rates and don't settle for the safety in slowly building the business over many years. By the time Rogers can grow TIVO to what it should be, DVRs will be in the same category as Sony's Walkman is today. Rogers is a nice enough guy, and a competent enough CEO, he's just not what I'd want in a Technology sector CEO. >
