Interesting. In 2011 they list the deferred cost of technology current and deferred COT long term to be 13,760 and 2,100 respectively which totals 15.9m, matching the 2011 statement.
In 2012 those numbers are 4,400 and 23,546 which totals $27.9m deferred costs, and is the number in your 3rd quote. I'm not sure where the $18.4m number comes from, it looks to me like it should be $27.9m. Might be worth emailing them and asking.
Here are the historicals.
FY11Q1 - 0
FY11Q2 - 0
FY11Q3 - 11,175 (10,547 curr, 628 long)
FY11Q4 - 15,870 (13,760 curr, 2,100 long)
FY12Q1 - 19,180 (13,359 curr, 5,821 long)
FY12Q2 - 25,629 (12,056 curr, 13,573 long)
FY12Q3 - 27,458 (7,264 curr, 20,194 long)
FY12Q4 - 27,946 (4,400 curr, 23,546 long)
Flattened out, and I expect that total to start to decline next Q. I assume the drop in current reflects the income being generated and some decrease in work load/cost.
