It looks like the DCH6416 contains a Broadcom processor that is on par with the Broadcom processor in the Series 4 (Premiere) so a port is possible. I'm not sure if this is something that TiVo really wants to do but if Charter wants them to do it I'm sure they will be willing to be paid to port the software.
