The few LNG projects contemplated are not going to have problems buying gas precisely because there are so few of them and so many E&Ps looking for a profitable market. No one is talking about producing at a loss, at least I'm not. LNG is another destination for domestic gas. No company in its right mind is going to sign a contract to deliver gas at a loss. It it does, it deserves to go out of business.
