if you think it's going to 7.5 you and everyone else should be buying all the shares you can.

if you are a long you better hope that SL ramps up enough such that the portfolio income doesn't matter and better hope no lawsuits from the legacy business (i suspect that's okay).

but to put a 1b valuation on this company is absurd.
