Re: Uh-oh, Herb Greenberg's back, and this time, he's after Navistar, not Novastar.
Herb was completely wrong about Novastar. He claimed its accounting was basically fraudulent, and many times stated it was "dead" finished" "bankrupt" etc. In fact Novastar was the best managed of all the companies in its class. Novastar out survived Wachovia, the bank that held its loans and fate. Novastar was smart enough not to get buried by having to buy back loans.
Herb was wrong, wrong, wrong and never admitted it. NFI lives on.
