I agree completely.
None of us know for sure what is going on since Lance Anderson CEO and the board are not providing clarity or transparency. For IR to say the signing of 77K SF lease is not a material event and the reasons why Streetlinks.com felt it was necessary to sign a new 77K lease less then one year after signing a 36k SF are not worthy of filing an 8K is wrong. Could there be a reason for again withholding the truth maybe but I doubt it.
Why would Streetlinks.com sign such a lease and HAVE no open job req on their web site?? Makes no sense unless they had to integrate about 300 new heads into their systems.
Why would Matt K say he is not familar with JC3 and Associates when they are the tenant next door to the new 77K lease. IF he was not concealing something he would have said; No Comment or yes we just vetted a new building and signed a 77K SF lease and what do you know a 70K SF tenant next door (JC3 and Assoc) is in the same markets and provide complimentary products SO WHAT, but that is not what he said.
This leads me to only one conclusion ?
