JCIII and Assoc appear to be hiring. Could Novation be considering
entering the distressed property market. The location and timing
would be excellent. In the modern computer age, you don't have to be in
the same building to conduct business. Unless you are training and staffing
people in a rapid mobilization, there is really no advantage to have
everything under one roof. Novation is not building Cruise ships.
My understanding is that Florida is emerging as a huge renter market versus
a homeowner market because of the bust. Evaluating, buying and packaging
distressed properties could be an extremely valuable interprise.

The white swan, may be a gosling. Instead of making a deal with a major
player like WF where the margins are very thin, why not do a complete end
run and utilize your resources with a up and coming organization that is
not restricted by banking regulations.
