Any thoughts on what Indonesia's partial nationalization of mining companies means? FCX seems to be insisting that it applies only to new enterprises but the Indonesian government is saying otherwise. The market seems to be largely yawning, but it seems like a real mess to me and a (perhaps) lousy precedent for other miners in other countries.
