I Need To Explain This Clearly Again....The U.S. Supreme Court...

Has now ruled that it is Constitutional for the U.S. Congress to levy a direct tax on goods and/or services that individual citizens choose not to purchase or can not afford to purchase.
 
One should only conclude that the U.S. Congress now has the Constitutional authority (even though the 16th Amendment & Article I-Sec 8-Clause I specifically state otherwise)  to levy direct taxes against individuals that choose not to purchase XYZ goods and/or services.
 
IMO.
