Re: US Treasury downgrades in December?...Not that the Big 3 rating agencies have any juice anymore... I noticed that there is no mention of rolling back the debt ceiling increase which depended on the passage of the automatic spending cuts. The US Treasury downgrades may occur before December. Watch for $US index moving back to 74, $SPX 1550, Dow30 16666. imo
