What pisses me is the photo radar, red light photo shoots that are primarily revenue generation to help with the operating budgets and unfunded pension liabilities. Of course the claim is that it is not rev gen, but to that I say, well, donate it all to the red cross then, to which they reply, oh we could not do that....un huh....
