I also get frustrated with them raising the dividend while diluting shareholders and selling assets to reduce debt.
The only people getting any benefit from the dividend is folks with mucho shares - hmmmmm
I had planned to attend the meeting and try to get them to justify the dividend policy as well as ask a few operational questions, but was unavoidably out of town and missed the meeting.
EOG is still a good company and I still have a position though much reduced from a few years ago
