It also looks like even if they are allowed to develop and produce, they won't be allowed a decent profit. So, best case, Argentina still won't add significant profit but maybe EOG (hopefully) has covered their ass with insurance against nationalization with OPIC and are using the vaca muerta as a low return drilling "lab"??? Still no mention of China.....................
